We are planning a 4-unit green-built development on Wayne St. in Lansing that will begin in 2012. This development is sponsored in part by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis in partnership with Jackson National Life Insurance. Plans are also underway for several rehab projects, including 4002 Marland and 114 Island.
We will be demolishing and rebuilding a house at 2116 Forest in Lansing in 2012. |
