At this time, we are completing 3301 Danbury Crossroad St. in partnership with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. This two-story, six-bedroom house for a family of 12 will be finished this winter. Join us in celebration with our homebuyers, the Kassim family, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, and local Lutheran churches on Saturday, December 17 at 2 p.m. for the Dedication and Open House.

We have put the foundation in for 1215 Hillcrest in Lansing. We'll be building walls for this home in our warehouse during the winter, with construction resuming on site in the spring in partnership with local churches and the homebuyers, the Osward/Bucumi family.

We are also preparing to begin rehabilitating 114 Island in Lansing in partnership with the MSU Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and the homebuyers, the Jones family.
